Norman Coldham-Fussell

Mr Fussell was appointed Director and Chairman on 16 August 1999. He has vast experience in the resources industry encompassing general management, finance, marketing and project development. He was MD & CEO of MIM Holdings Ltd from 1990 to 1995, Chairman of Flight Centre Limited from 1995 to 2005, and is currently a director of Namoi Cotton Co-operative Ltd.

Alan Scott

Alan ScottManaging Director & Chief Executive Officer
Mr Scott was appointed as MD and CEO on 20 May 2002. He is Chairman of Black Range Minerals Limited and was previously MD and CEO of Aurora Gold Limited. He spent 22 years with Rio Tinto Limited, in senior level JV management, finance, acquisition, divestment and commercial negotiation roles. Mr Scott spent 13 years with Coopers & Lybrand in Australia, Canada and the UK, gaining extensive experience in the resources industry during that time.

Chris Ellison

Non-Executive Director
Mr Ellison was appointed a non-executive director of the Company on 25 May 2010. He is the founding shareholder of Mineral Resources and has over 26 years experience in the mining, contracting, engineering and resource processing industries. Mr Ellison held a number of chief executive officer and managing director roles prior to founding Minerals Resources Limited, including Monadelphous Pty Ltd, KCUT Pty Ltd and the CSI Group. Mr Ellison has been instrumental in developing the build, own, operate, concept of crushing in the resources sector and is presently an Executive Director – Business Development of MRL.

Bruce Goulds

Non-Executive Director
Mr Goulds was appointed a non-executive director of the Company on 25 May 2010. Mr Goulds has over 25 years of finance and commercial experience in various isted and unlisted entities. Mr Goulds’ experience includes senior corporate management positions in Australia and overseas in the mining services, engineering and mining equipment industries servicing mining and mineral processing. Mr Goulds is presently Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of MRL.
